                                                   Introduction of the Product

It is produced by using technology of Japan, natural granite and specially-made resin of American UCAR. Thus it has vivid natural color as real stones, and artifical decorative effects as a kind of top grade granite-like paint for internal and external wall usage.

                                                    Descriptions of Product

1.       Could be easily matched in various style, model and color.

2.       The picturesque, vivid and stone-like color creates natural elegant, grand and unity atmosphere.

3.       Harmless, smelless, no organic solvent.

4.       Resistance to ageing, acid, alkali, scrubbing and ultravidet light.

5.       Toughness and strength of coating layer protects the basis not to be eroded and damaged by outer factors.

6.       Be widely used to outside decoration of varous buildings, for instance, ceilings,columns and sculptures etc.

Attentions in Building

1.       Work when the basis is dry and steady, PH < 9. Clear away those greasy dirt, dust and exfoliations. Use special putty to flatten the surface.

2.       Spray a layer of special auxiliary ground paint. Ground paint usage: 4-8m2/kg.

3.       Separate the surface with threads according to needs, after the ground paint dried.

4.       Stir granite-like paint equally and put it into spray painting equipment for work.

Spray pressure: 0.4 0.8MPA

Distance between air jet nozzle and the surface: 0.35 0.60m.

5.       Adjust the spray equipment and dilute granite-like paint with proper water for a satisfied effect before working.

Paint usage: concolourous jet: 4 5kg/m2

                                             Dichromatic jet/trichromatic jet: 6 8kg/m2

6.       Get rid of the separate threads carefully before the painted coatings dried thoroughly.

7.       Not to finish coat untill the paint completely dried. Depending on different climates and painting thickness, dry times is about 24 96hours.

8.       Put the finish-coat paint into special spray equipment and spray equally on the surface of granite-like coating.

Spraying pressure: 0.3 0.4MPA spraying-usage: 0.2-0.4kg/m2(below 5)

9.Stop working in windy, rainy days and in low temperature.
